Hotel Researvation
The lodging reservation site will be closed on July 5th. Please arrange your accomodation by yourself from the 6th onward.
We have rooms reserved at a selection of hotels located around Kanayama station, which is easily accessible from both Chubu Centrair International Airport and the venue of our meeting. If you prefer to stay at one of these hotels, please access to the hotel researvation site from the botton "Hotel Researvation Site" shown below.
Please note that these hotels are not the closest accommodations from our
venue, and it takes about half an hour from these hotels to the meeting
site by subway (no transfer required). If you prefer to stay at a hotel
closer to the venue, please arrange your own accommodation. The nearest
station from the venue is Nagoya Daigaku Station on the Meijo subway line,
but there are no hotels within walking distance. Sir Winston Hotel at Yagoto
station would be the closest accommodation. Or, if you prefer to stay at
a hotel within easy access of Nagoya station, there are hotels around Nagoya
station, Sakae Station and Chikusa station all on the Higashiyama subway
line.

Please note that the documents are written in Japanese. Also please make sure to bring the original document to embassy or consulate.
