Submission Guidelines

How to Submit
All abstracts must be submitted via the Online Submission System only. Click “Abstract Submission Link” button shown on this page and enter necessary information. Please make sure to register before submitting your abstract.

Presentation Types
You will be asked to indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation and the topic area that best fits your abstract. If you intend to apply for oral presentation, select “Apply” on the column of “Application for Oral Presentation” during the abstract submission procedure. After review, we will notify you of the result by e-mail at the end of June. Because oral presentation requests far exceed presentation slots, authors should be prepared to present a poster if their abstract is not selected for an oral presentation. Abstracts should report new and previously unpublished material. The Program Committee reserves the right to decline a presentation to any submitted abstracts that lack scientific content or merit.Please remit the registration fee to the account below.

Length of abstract
The main body of abstract should be 300 words or less in English.

Abstract Revisions / Withdrawals
Only the submitting author may make revisions, corrections and withdrawals via the online system (Click “View/Edit/Withdrawal Link” button shown on this page). No corrections, additions, revisions or deletions can be made by the CeNeuro2016 staff. All revisions and withdrawals must be made no later than the submission deadline on May 6 (Fri), 2016, JST17:00.
