Dear Sir,
I am conducting research at the University of Louisiana,USA, infecting medaka with Mycobacterium marinum. I am concerned with the mode of infection and possible implications of chronic inflammation brought about by the infection. At the current time, I am planning to do TEM on infected fish. I am trying to figure out which fixative to use for TEM. Does someone have any advice in the right direction?
